What is MEES 2030?

From 2030, privately rented properties in England and Wales must achieve an EPC rating of C or above before they can be legally let to new tenants. Properties below C-band risk becoming unlettable, affecting rental income and property value.

The minimum threshold is a SAP score of 69. This tool uses your current EPC data to calculate your risk and show you the most impactful improvements.

EPC data sourced from the national register. MEES risk assessment is indicative only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
